the pink-tie bundle seems not to be maintained anymore

* add RubyMoney currencyLookupSupport (extende currencyList)
* add extended CurrencyList
* add default_currency
* add money::format

Currently the README.md of the repository shows a "build failed" image, while the master branch build is fine.

Include phpunit as a dev dependency.
Remove bootstrap.php in favor of Composer's autoload

The `require` element contained an incorrect declaration.

Import the `Money\Money` namespace and add syntax highlighting for
Github.

Install the library using [composer][1]. Add the following to your `composer.json`:

```json
{
    "require": {
        "mathiasverraes/money": "dev-master"
    },
    "minimum-stability": "dev"
}
```

Now run the `install` command.

```sh
$ composer.phar install
```
